Consultation and review: Before dispensing, the required pharmaceutical check is carried out and, if needed, we provide consultation.
Pick up when it suits you: Collect your order from the pickup locker, independently of our opening hours.
Payment: Card payment is available on site (Girocard, Mastercard, Visa).
Pickup locker location
The pickup locker is directly connected to the pharmacy and is located at the rear of the building:
St. Stephansplatz 1 / Wessenbergstraße 11, 78462 Konstanz (opposite the bakery).
Pickup via the locker is only possible if the items are available and there is sufficient storage capacity.
Our pharmacy team decides on a case-by-case basis which products are suitable for locker pickup. In particular, the following are excluded:
A pharmaceutical check and, if necessary, consultation before pickup is required, preferably by phone or in person.
Same-Day Delivery!
Order by 3:00 pm and receive your delivery the same evening, free of charge.

For orders placed by 3:00 pm, we are happy to offer our customers in the city area of Konstanz (postal codes 78462, 78464, and 78467) same-day delivery by courier.
On business days from Monday to Friday. Delivery window: 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm.
Subject to availability. Free of charge for a minimum order value of EUR 30.00.
For orders below the minimum order value of EUR 30.00 (including the value of prescription items), we charge a delivery fee of EUR 4.95.
For postal codes 78465, 78479 (Reichenau), or 78476 (Allensbach), etc., we are happy to deliver subject to capacity and by arrangement.
Depending on demand and usually on Fridays between 6:30 pm and 9:00 pm.
